SHIPPING

What is my shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on your selected destination and shipping service. To find more details, please check here. Please note we do not refund shipping costs. Local custom fees may apply outside the European Union.

Do you ship to my country?
We offer worldwide shipping.

When will my order be shipped?
We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that this is not a guarantee since DANG STHLM is still an independent brand, and therefore may need 1-2 days for processing your order.

How can I track my shipment?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

  

 

PAYMENT

What are the accepted payment methods?
DANG STHLM accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

When will I be charged for my order?
If you pay by credit card the total amount will be reserved on your account immediately when the order is placed. You will then receive a confirmation containing a receipt of the purchase.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
When ordering within the EU (European Union), all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.

When ordering outside the EU (European Union), all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. DANG STHLM are not responsible for any customs you may have to pay to receive your package. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Note that custom agents may delay the delivery, which DANG STHLM is not in control over.

 

 

RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Discounted items or items on sale are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Find out more about our return policy here.

Can I exchange items?

If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your returned item once we have received it at our warehouse. Please note we do not refund shipping fees. 

I haven't received my refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@dangsthlm.com. 

I received the wrong items.
If you have received the wrong items, contact our customer service at contact@dangsthlm.com and specify which products. You will receive the correct items without additional costs for return and/or shipping.

My product has a defect.
In case of a product defect, please send an image of the defect with your order information to contact@dangsthlm.

Will you refund the taxes and duties I was charged on my order upon delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot refund you these charges. Please contact your local customs office to request for a refund (taxes and duties only charged for non-EU orders).

 

 

PRODUCTS

I cannot find the style, color or size I'm looking for.
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock. Unfortunately we can't offer a wide range of sizes since DANG STHLM is a startup and the materials sourced are limited deadstock fabrics. We aim to be more size inclusive in a near future.

How do I find the right size?
There is a size chart for each product with measurements on respective product page. You can find our size guide here.

Where do I find care instructions?
Read our care guide.

Are your products sustainable?
We do our best to ensure that our products are sustainable. The entire collection is made from deadstock materials. You can read more about our production and sustainability.

Where are your clothes produced?
DANG STHLM is ethically produced in Vietnam. Read more about our production here.

Will you restock?

Unfortunately we won't be able to restock identical items since our fabrics are deadstock.
